Rotomac designs, develops and manufactures customized rewinder machinery to convert aluminum foil, plastic film and baking paper master-rolls into consumer sized rolls, for household, catering and professional use markets. Rotomac micro-embossing technology guarantees finished products in one continuous operation.
Rotomac provides full range manufacturing plants. They also include packaging machinery for loading rolls into cartons, shrink wrapping machines for wrapping rolls with shrink film and case packers for loading finished products into corrugated cardboard cases.
Rotomac embossing technology, as known as MyFoil and MyPaper, offers the highest level of efficiency and permits a full customization, producing a wide range of different patterns on alufoil or paper.

Deltamatic machinery are available with different type of heating ovens (quartz with medium and short wave infrared, contact with pressure up to 200 ton. and hot air forced through the material) and the press type and tonnage is also available upon specific request. For more sophisticated and special technical products, Deltamatic can combine different heating methods with the possibility of heating one or more layers and laminate them with other cold materials. Every line can be loaded manually or fully automatic from pallets and/or multiple rolls.
